Skills that transform communities
Your skills and experience can unlock someone's potential
Serve as a volunteer digital or tech expert and mentor in our Tekvera Innovation Lab — inspiring women, youth, and community innovators who are eager to learn, lead, and create change. Your experience is a gift that keeps giving.
Innovation Mentor
Guide student teams through design thinking, prototype development, and pitching their ideas to evaluators and potential funders. Typically 2–4 hours/month remotely or in person.
Technical Expert
Provide specialised expertise in areas like digital health, AgriTech, WASH, environmental tech, or data analysis to strengthen the quality and viability of community solutions.
Strategic Advisor
Join our informal advisory network and provide strategic guidance on programme design, partnership development, or organisational growth — on your own schedule.
Put your name behind an innovation that matters
Sponsoring a student or community innovation project puts your organisation directly at the heart of impact. You fund the development of a real solution to a real problem — and your contribution is acknowledged, tracked, and reported on.
As a project sponsor, you can nominate the sector or challenge area you'd like to support — we'll match you with the most suitable project or student team from our pipeline.
